The Shift

This work blends trauma-informed somatic practices with 9D breathwork, sound, and guided awareness to help the body release stored stress, restore safety, and reorganize out of survival mode.
Sessions are paced, contained, and intentional, supporting presence, clarity, and embodied regulation rather than cathartic release alone.
Integration Coaching
Ongoing support between sessions, helping you apply somatic insights to daily life, shift limiting beliefs, recognize nervous system patterns in real-time, and make decisions from a regulated state. Integration Coaching transforms session breakthroughs into lasting change through mindset work, accountability, and practical application.
