9D Breathwork – 9D Breathwork is a multisensory experience that uses sound as a therapeutic tool for nervous system healing and emotional release. This immersive modality combines trauma-informed breathwork with advanced audio technologies, including binaural beats, isochronic tones, 432Hz tuning, hypnotic voice guidance, and NLP-based scripting to guide you into deep states of awareness and restoration. Each journey is experienced through headphones, creating a full-spectrum sensory environment that activates both the body and subconscious mind. This work invites emotional clearing, nervous system regulation, and profound inner reconnection, all while supporting the body’s innate capacity for healing. Unlike traditional breathwork, 9D works multidimensionally: engaging your physiology, psychology, and energetic field to help you release what’s no longer serving you and embody what’s ready to emerge. These sessions are voiced by professionals and guided by Elizabeth via a microphone.
Visualization & Clarity Sessions- Intuitive, mindfully rooted, real-time guided meditations help you calm your nervous system, reconnect with your inner knowing, and gain clarity around a decision, desire, or creative block. Gentle breathing presence, intention, and soul-guided insight.
Post-Session Support & Integration - Transformation doesn’t end when the session does. I offer personalized journaling prompts, embodiment practices, and nervous system tools to help you integrate what’s been unlocked. Opening & Intention Setting: We begin with addressing any immediate concerns, grounding techniques, breath awareness, and mindful intention-setting to create a safe and present space.
