Private sessions offer foundational somatic therapies and nervous-system regulation through a paced, contained, and trauma-informed approach. This work supports women who are overwhelmed, high-functioning, and ready for real physiological change—not just insight or coping strategies.
This is body-centered healing, guided by the principle that safety and regulation must come before integration.

Integrative Coaching: The Bridge to Lasting Change
Somatic sessions create powerful nervous system shifts—but without ongoing support, those shifts can fade.
Integration Coaching ensures that the regulation and insights you experience in sessions become the foundation for how you live.
Integration Coaching provides:

Mindset work — identifying and shifting limiting beliefs that surface during somatic work

Real-life application — recognizing nervous system signals in real-time and applying regulation tools to everyday situations

Ongoing support — check-ins between sessions for accountability, troubleshooting, and guidance

Integration Coaching is available as part of comprehensive session packages or as a stand alone service and helps you translate somatic breakthroughs into sustainable, embodied change.
Modalities Used in Private Sessions
Private sessions may integrate a combination of:

Trauma-informed somatic practices
Gentle, body-based techniques that support awareness, regulation, and integration. These may include a combination of Interoception, body scanning, sensation tracking, and somatic mapping (tuning into what the body is holding and where), grounding, orienting, resourcing, pendulation, and titration (working with activation safely and gradually), gentle, intuitive movement, shaking, and expressive movement to discharge stored tension, mindful presencing with guided awareness, & conscious breathing. -
Soma+IQ informed breathwork
A body-led, therapeutic breathwork approach that supports emotional processing and nervous-system balance without force. -
Immersive Breathwork
A multisensory breathwork experience using sound, guided awareness, and trauma-informed pacing to support deep nervous-system regulation and emotional release. -
Nervous-system education and integration support
Helping you understand and work with your nervous-system patterns in daily life. -
Integration
Support at the closing of our session to address anything that may have come up for you as well as ongoing support between sessions to help you understand and work with your nervous-system patterns, shift mindset blocks, and apply somatic insights to daily life.
All modalities are applied selectively and intentionally.

Sessions are available virtually worldwide and in person in the Jackson, Mississippi metro area. Couples and families are seen by request once you are established with Elizabeth.
