You Are One Conversation Away. You have read the page. Something in you responded. Maybe it was relief. Maybe it was recognition. Maybe it was that quiet exhale of yes, this is what I have been looking for. That response is worth listening to. This consultation call is a complimentary 30-minute conversation where you can share where you are in your motherhood right now, ask any questions you have about me and the Embodied Mother Immersion, and get a real felt sense of whether this is your next right step. There is no pressure. No pitch. No performance required. You do not need the right words or the right story. You just need to show up as you are. What to expect: We will talk about what you are carrying, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping for. I will share how the Embodied Mother Immersion works and whether this is your next right step. If it feels right for both of us, we will talk about what beginning looks like. Whatever we decide together, you will not leave this call empty handed. You will leave with a clearer sense of what your nervous system needs and where to find it. A note from Elizabeth: I do not take on every mother who inquires. Not because the bar is high, but because this work is intimate and the relationship matters. I want to make sure that if you invest in this container, you are truly ready for it and it is truly right for you. This call is how we find that out together. Spots are limited. I work with a small number of mothers at a time as this is a very personal experience. A note on investment: The Embodied Mother Immersion is $1,800 paid in full or two payments of $950. Every mother who has walked through this work has said the same thing- it was worth every penny. This work pays for itself in ways that are hard to measure and impossible to ignore. And if the investment feels like a stretch, bring that to the call. I hold space for that conversation and I will always be honest with you about what makes sense for where you are right now. You have spent years making sure everyone else had what they needed. This call is the first step in doing that for yourself. Please be certain of the time you select as I do not typically reschedule. If you find that you can't make our call, notice is appreciated at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling All bookings are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice, or request a credit in special circumstances. Because I value your time and mine, I do not reschedule consultation calls unless there is a specific emergency requiring a reschedule. All client information remains confidential. Liability Waiver By registering for any session or program, you acknowledge that Embody First and Elizabeth Ashley Drake provide educational somatic and breathwork services and integrative somatic care. Our services are not a substitution for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Somatic therapy is in addition to medical care. By participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own health and well-being. You agree to release and hold harmless Embody First, its facilitators, and affiliates from any and all liability, including injury, complications, or death, and waive any right to pursue claims on your behalf or on behalf of anyone associated with you. By registering for any session or event, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms above and will complete the full waiver at checkout for services beyond consultations.
