Perhaps you're seeking a more intentional way to navigate your life, developing a meaningful idea, or envisioning an extraordinary experience for the people you bring together. Whatever brings you here, it begins with a conversation. This complimentary 30-minute consultation is an opportunity to connect, explore your interests and discover what working together might look like. No pressure. No generic pitch. Just a meaningful conversation. What to Expect Our conversation begins with you: what brings you here, what matters to you and what you're hoping to explore or create. Integrative Coaching We'll discuss the experiences, questions or patterns you'd like to explore and how my approach combines psychology-informed inquiry, somatic awareness, mindset and embodied practices. Professional Consulting We'll explore your vision, the people you hope to serve and the possibilities you're developing. From creative concepts and business offerings to workshops and retreats, we'll consider how I might help bring your ideas to life. Immersive Group Experiences We'll explore your group, occasion, setting and intentions. We may discuss timing, atmosphere, group size and the experiences that best suit your people, including 9D Breathwork, meditation, movement and meaningful connection. Group experiences are also offered through ah. Breathwork + Meditation. A Note From Elizabeth I believe meaningful work begins with curiosity, thoughtful inquiry and a willingness to see beyond what's immediately apparent. Whether exploring personal growth, developing a creative vision or designing an immersive experience, I don't approach this work with a predetermined formula. I draw from psychology, somatic practice, experience design and more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience. My intention is to create space for greater clarity, meaningful connection and new possibilities. Investment & Next Steps Your initial consultation is complimentary. Investment varies by service, scope, duration and level of customization. We'll discuss possibilities and next steps before making any commitments. Please choose a time you can reasonably keep. If plans change, at least 24 hours' notice is appreciated. Come with a question, an idea, a vision or simply a little curiosity. We can begin there.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling All bookings are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice, or request a credit in special circumstances. Because I value your time and mine, I do not reschedule consultation calls unless there is a specific emergency requiring a reschedule. All client information remains confidential. Our services are not a substitution for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Somatic experiences are not medical care. By participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own health and well-being. You agree to release and hold harmless Embody First, its facilitators, and affiliates from any and all liability, including injury, complications, or death, and waive any right to pursue claims on your behalf or on behalf of anyone associated with you.
