There was a season in my own motherhood when I started noticing it. Nothing dramatic had happened. Life was simply full. But inside my body I felt like I was always slightly on edge, always preparing for the next thing that needed me, always slightly behind myself.
My nervous system rarely fully relaxed. My patience felt thinner than I wanted it to be. I was present in my life and somehow missing from it at the same time.
Years later I understand what was happening. Motherhood had quietly placed my nervous system into a state of constant vigilance. Not trauma. Just the steady, invisible weight of being the person who holds everything together.
For the last sixteen years, I have been in rooms with mothers, sitting in circles, building communities, holding space for the stories that rarely get told out loud. I came as a mother navigating the same weight, feeling the same disconnection, wondering why everything felt like so much. The science came later. What it gave me was language for what I had already lived. What I know now is this:

Your Six-Week Journey
This is not a curriculum of isolated topics. It is a sequenced nervous system process, each week creating the conditions for the next. We stabilize before we go deep, we go deep before we integrate, and we integrate before we build capacity. This is the order your nervous system needs. It is the order that honors your body. And it is rarely found in traditional approaches.
Each session moves through a natural arc, activating awareness, creating space for expression, building regulation, repatterning old responses, deepening connection, and expanding into co-regulation. This is not a rigid curriculum. It is a living process that honors exactly where your nervous system is each week.
We open every session with a short breathwork & presencing practice to bring you fully into your body. We close with integration and space to share anything that came up. Between every session your 30-minute coaching call and direct text access are available, because our work together does not stop when the session ends.
▸ Week 1 — Meet Your Body Nervous System Mapping · 50–60 Minute Private Session
This is where we begin, not with your history, not with what has happened, but with what your body is holding right now. Before we can shift anything, we need to understand how your nervous system has adapted to the demands of your life and your motherhood.
You'll be gently guided to notice and track body sensations, identify your personal stress patterns and responses, and begin building a felt relationship with your own nervous system. Using somatic awareness practices and breathwork, we establish safety, orient your system, and create the foundation everything else will build from.
This session is never rushed.
Your nervous system sets the pace.
What you'll walk away with: A clear map of how your body currently responds to stress, a beginning felt sense of your own nervous system, and the foundational tools we will build on across the six weeks. This is the session that makes everything else possible.
▸ Week 2 — Learn the Language Regulation Foundations · 50–60 Minute Private Session
Your nervous system has been speaking to you your entire life. This session teaches you to understand what it is saying and how to respond.
Now that your system has been mapped and resourced from Week 1, we move into building your personal regulation toolkit. You'll be guided through body-based and breathwork practices designed to help your nervous system settle out of activation and return to a regulated state. We work with your breath as a direct pathway to nervous system change, explore grounding and resourcing practices tailored to your body, and begin developing the capacity to recognize your own window of tolerance in real time.
These are not generic tools. They are built specifically for the patterns we identified in your first session and for the particular pressures of your motherhood.
What you'll walk away with: A personalized set of regulation practices you can use between sessions and in the middle of the hardest motherhood moments, and a growing ability to recognize what your nervous system needs before it reaches overwhelm.
▸ Week 3 — Working With What Fires Emotional Triggers and Reactivity · 50–60 Minute Private Session
With your nervous system more resourced and regulated from the first two weeks, we now have the safety and capacity to move toward the patterns, the triggers that feel disproportionate, the reactivity that doesn't feel like you, the moments of shutdown, rage, or overwhelm that leave you wondering who you are becoming.
Using somatic awareness, breathwork, pendulation, and titration, we work with emotional activation at the level of the body rather than the mind. We are not analyzing what happened or why. We are helping your nervous system process what it has been storing, gently, slowly, and without overwhelm. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.
What you'll walk away with: A body-level understanding of your own reactivity, relief from emotional patterns that have felt stuck or unchangeable, and a growing sense that your responses are not forever, they are physiological, and they can shift.
▸ Week 4 — Building Capacity Stress Resilience · 50–60 Minute Private Session
Capacity is the word we rarely hear in wellness conversations and it may be the most important one. Capacity is not about being unaffected by stress. It is not about staying calm when your child is melting down or your life is full. It is about being able to hold more without losing yourself inside it, to stay present, return to regulation faster, and not be swept away by what used to sweep you away.
This session focuses on expanding your nervous system's window of tolerance through somatic integration work and breathwork. We build on the regulation foundations from Week 2 and the emotional processing from Week 3, helping your system practice holding more, gradually, gently, and with full support. Where earlier sessions focused on settling and releasing, this session focuses on strengthening.
What you'll walk away with: A noticeably expanded capacity for stress and overstimulation, a body that recovers faster after hard moments, and a felt sense of resilience that is not performed — it is physiological.
▸ Week 5 — Regulated in Relationship Parenting, Mindset, and Relational Stress · 50–60 Minute Private Session
Your nervous system does not exist in isolation. It co-regulates, meaning it is constantly responding to the nervous systems of the people around you, especially your children.
This session brings the work directly into your relationships and your daily motherhood. We explore how your regulated nervous system changes the way you show up with your children, your partner, and yourself. We work with the specific relational stressors present in your life right now, the dynamics that activate you, the moments where regulation feels impossible, the places where old patterns still have a hold.
We also bring in more focused mindset work here, identifying the limiting beliefs and thought patterns that surfaced through the somatic process, and beginning to rewire the narratives that have kept you stuck. The body has done the releasing. The mind now has room to choose differently. A regulated mother does not just feel different in a session. She shows up differently at the dinner table, in the hard conversations, in the moments that used to undo her.
What you'll walk away with: A clear felt sense of how your nervous system affects your relationships, practical tools for co-regulation with your children, new awareness of the thought patterns that drive reactivity, and a new experience of yourself in the relational moments that matter most.

We consolidate everything that has shifted across six weeks by letting your body feel the difference between where you started and where you are now. That felt sense of change is itself a resource. It is something your nervous system can return to.
We establish your long-term nervous system care practices, the specific tools, rhythms, and touchstones that will sustain your regulation beyond the container. We address what needs integration, what is still moving, and what you are ready to carry forward.
