Somatic Integration Immersion

Four weeks of dedicated, body-first care with continuous support

This immersion pairs four private sessions, each one building on the last, with Continuous Care Access that keeps you resourced throughout the entire process. Between every session, you have direct text access to me anytime for the full four weeks, plus one 30-minute integration coaching call each week for anything that needs real-time, voice-to-voice attention.

 

Nothing is rushed.

Nothing is left unfinished.

And you are never without support.

Each session is sequenced with intention: we stabilize before we go deep, we go deep before we integrate, and we integrate before we build capacity. This is the order your nervous system needs, and it's rarely honored in traditional approaches.

Your Four Weeks

▸ WEEK 1 — Somatic Embodiment Session 50–60 Minute Private Session

This is where we begin, with your body. Somatic embodiment care is a science-informed approach to working with stress, trauma, and overwhelm through nervous system care and real-time support. By working with the body first through the nervous system, which is the body's primary pathway for processing stress, emotion, and experience, this session provides foundational care for body, mind, and emotions, designed to restore balance and build resilience from the inside out.

You'll be gently guided to notice and track body sensations, explore the connection between physical responses and emotional experiences, and engage in practices such as breathwork, grounding, and resourcing. Techniques like pendulation and titration support safe emotional processing without overwhelm. Each session is personalized in real time based on what your system is holding and what it needs most.

What you'll walk away with: Tools to use in daily life to promote balance, greater awareness of your stress patterns and responses, and a felt sense of calm, clarity, and grounded presence-the foundation for everything that follows.

▸ WEEK 2 — 2-Hour Somatic 9D Breathwork Session 2-Hour Immersive Private Session

Now that your system has been mapped and resourced, we expand into a full-length, immersive somatic embodiment and breathwork experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied reconnection within a spacious, well-contained session.

 

This session combines somatic movement, guided breathwork, immersive sound, and a curated 9D audio journey to help the body release accumulated stress and settle out of survival patterns without forcing emotional intensity or pushing beyond your capacity. The extended format allows for more time in the body, slower pacing, and greater nervous system support throughout the experience.

 

Each session follows a steady, intentional arc: gentle somatic experiencing and breath practices to orient the body, a curated 9D Breathwork journey, and grounding and integration. The longer format gives your nervous system the time it needs to move through activation and return to regulation, process stored tension at a natural pace, and build capacity for presence and emotional resilience.

 

Results often include: Relief from accumulated emotional or physical tension, a calmer and more regulated nervous system state, and improved clarity, focus, and embodied awareness.

▸ WEEK 3 — Integration Coaching 60-Minute Session via Phone or Zoom

Integration Coaching bridges the gap between somatic breakthroughs and lasting change in your daily life. This session is designed to help you translate the shifts that happened during your somatic and breathwork experiences into sustainable, embodied transformation.

 

We'll work through mindset and pattern recognition, identifying limiting beliefs and thought patterns that surfaced during your somatic work, and rewiring the mental narratives that keep you stuck. We'll focus on real-life application, learning to recognize your nervous system signals in real time and apply regulation tools to everyday situations like relationships, work stress, decision-making, and life transitions. We'll process somatically, making sense of the emotions, insights, and sensations that emerged during your sessions and grounding them in your body. And we'll practice decision-making from regulation, learning to make choices from a space of choice rather than from survival mode.

What this does: Integration Coaching ensures that the nervous system shifts you experienced don't fade- they become the foundation for how you live.

▸ WEEK 4 — Foundational Somatic 9D Session 60-Minute Private Session

The final session is a blend of somatic and 9D breathwork experience designed to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and emotional balance in a contained, supportive format. Where Week 2 was about expanded release, Week 4 is about reinforcement, helping your system settle and reset using guided breathing, immersive sound, and a curated 9D Breathwork journey.

You'll be fully supported and gently guided throughout. The session includes a brief check-in to orient, gentle somatic practices to bring the body into the present moment, a curated 9D Breathwork audio journey using sound, rhythm, and breath, and grounding and integration to support regulation before returning to your day. Everything is paced intentionally to support calm, safety, and nervous system balance. 

What you'll experience: A calmer, more regulated nervous system state, relief from emotional or mental pressure, improved clarity, focus, and embodied presence, and a stronger connection to your body and breath. Your nervous system now has new options — this session helps it choose them by default.

Continuous Care Access

You are fully supported between every session

This immersion is more than four appointments on a calendar. Between each session, you have direct access to me via text anytime, for the full four weeks. Questions, moments of activation, breakthroughs that happen at 2pm on a Tuesday, you don't have to wait until your next session to be supported.

 

You also have one 30-minute coaching call available each week for anything that needs real-time, voice-to-voice attention. This is the level of care your nervous system deserves during a process like this — consistent, responsive, and personalized.

$500 for the full 4-week immersion which includes four private sessions, unlimited text access for the duration, and weekly coaching calls as needed. Thorough, body-first care from start to finish.
