Service Description
This short but powerful guided breathwork session is designed to gently regulate your nervous system, calm mental chatter, and bring you back into alignment—body, mind, and breath. Using the Soma+IQ method, I will gently guide you through a 30-minute experience blending rhythmic breathing patterns, intention setting, and music to: Reduce stress and overwhelm Regulate the nervous system Enhance focus, clarity, and calm Support emotional balance and grounded presence Perfect for a mid-week reset, pre-meeting recharge, or anytime you need to come back to yourself. No prior experience needed. Just you, your breath, and a willingness to return to your wholeness. Please allow 45 minutes total for session with integration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling All bookings are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice, or request a credit in special circumstances. Because I value your time and mine, I do not reschedule consultation calls unless there is a specific emergency requiring a reschedule. All client information remains confidential.
