All events are led by a Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and available for in-person private group bookings. No prior experience is required—just show up and breathe. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling All bookings are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice, or request a credit in special circumstances. All client information remains confidential. Liability Waiver By registering, you acknowledge that Embody First and Elizabeth Ashley Drake provide educational somatic and breathwork services. Our services are not a substitution for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Somatic therapy is in addition to medical care. By participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own health and well-being (and that of any minor child you register). You agree to release and hold harmless Embody First, its facilitators, and affiliates from any and all liability, including injury, complications, or death, and waive any right to pursue claims on your behalf or on behalf of anyone associated with you. Contraindications & Safety Notice Certain conditions are not compatible with 9D Breathwork or specific somatic modalities, including but not limited to: Pregnancy Severe heart or lung conditions Epilepsy or seizure disorders Unmanaged high blood pressure Recent major surgery Severe psychiatric conditions (psychosis, schizophrenia, etc.) Any condition where strong breathwork is not medically advised If you have any of the above conditions, please do not register for 9D Breathwork. Safer alternatives—gentle somatic sessions, regulated breathwork, or guided meditation—are available. Please schedule a clarity call to determine the best fit. By registering for any session or event, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms above and will complete the full waiver at checkout.
