Drop in. This Guided Clarity Meditation is a personalized, real-time journey led by Elizabeth to help you reconnect with your inner knowing and confidently move forward. Whether you're navigating a big decision, exploring a desire, or seeking direction in any area of life, this session offers a grounded space to: Regulate your nervous system Tune into your body’s wisdom Visualize possibilities with intention Uncover what’s aligned (and what’s not) Access clarity, calm, and next-step confidence No breathwork. No performance. Just you, me, presence, and a soft but potent return to your inner guidance. These sessions are live and intuitive—guided moment to moment based on what you bring forward. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling All bookings are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice, or request a credit in special circumstances. Because I value your time and mine, I do not reschedule consultation calls unless there is a specific emergency requiring a reschedule. All client information remains confidential. Our services are not a substitution for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Somatic therapy is in addition to medical care.
